Sparkles or Eli (Depending on where you know them from) has been a yoga student for the past 24 years and yoga instructor for the past ten. Specializing in accessible and adaptable Vinyasa yoga, Eli's teaching is rooted in classic philosophy and emphasizes individual exploration of asana and sutra. Eli believes that every body has the potential to benefit from yoga, regardless of physical mobility. ​Eli’s approach is gentle and oriented around cultivation of listening to how the body talks to us, encouraging students to embrace where they are before they even begin to challenge their edges. Their favorite part of teaching is the sense of community that forms around movement.

Beyond yoga, Eli is a community organizer, advocate, and Artist. Their holistic lifestyle aligns with their deep-rooted belief that yoga is about observation and development from where we are and the situation we are currently in. That we must center compassion for the systems that have brought us here, before we can grow towards new cycles of being. Eli’s classes are loved not just for the flow of movement but for the thoughtful guidance they offer.
